C CLASS CLUB
Concorde De Luxe Resort invites the guests, who always prefer the hotel, to live the privileges and special advantages of C Class Club Programme. C Class Club Membership is provided according to the room overnight stays and a Membership Card is given to the guest who deserves this right.
After the member guests take their cards, they start to benefit from the advantages of membership. Membership Card is prepared exclusively. If the conditions required for this membership are achieved, the membership card is sent to the address of the guest or provided at the hotel during their accommodation.
"C Class Club" membership consists of five different stages:
Bronze Card
Guests staying for 15 nights become entitled to get a Bronze Card

Silver Card
Guests staying for 50 nights become entitled to get a Silver Card
- VIP CS application
- 15% Discount on extra Food & Beverage expenses
- 15% Discount on Spa expenses
- 15% Discount on laundry service
- 15% Discount on airport transfer
- 15% Discount on special day / celebration events
- Complimentary A'la Carte dining for once (for stays of six nights or more)
- Priority early check-in (subject to availability)
- Priority late check-out (15% discounted, subject to availability)
Gold Card
Guests staying for 90 nights become entitled to get a Gold Card
- VIP CG application
- 20% Discount on extra Food & Beverage expenses
- 20% Discount on Spa expenses
- 20% Discount on laundry service
- 20% Discount on airport transfer
- 20% Discount on special day / celebration events
- Complimentary A'la Carte dining for twice (for stays of six nights or more)

Platinum Card
Guests staying for 130 nights become entitled to get a Platinum Card

Ambassador Card
Guests staying for 170 nights become entitled to get a Ambassador Card

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions govern the participation of all Members in the C Class Club. It is the responsibility of each member to read and understand all these terms.
- Guests become eligible for C Class Club membership after 15 nights of stay.
- Guests who qualify for the card must be at least 18 years old on the day the card is issued.
- C Class Club membership is issued in the name of the guest under whom the reservation is made.
- The C Class Club card and its privileges cannot be transferred or assigned to another person/card. Only the cardholder can benefit from the privileges.
- Guests joining the C Class Club for the first time or upgrading to a higher category can enjoy the advantages of their new category on their next stay.
- Concorde De Luxe Resort reserves the right to change the discount rates or card benefits without prior notice.
- C Class Club card benefits cannot be combined with any other privileges or promotions.
- Concorde De Luxe Resort reserves the right to cancel membership without providing any reason.
- Carpe Diem Spa discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other action, promotion, or package program. Discounts are applied only to Spa price lists. Carpe Diem Spa discounts do not apply to cosmetic product sales.
- No discounts apply to expenses made at rented units (Water Sports / Scuba Diving / Game Room / Drug Store / Boutique / Hairdresser / Jeweler / Leather Shop / Souvenir Shop / Rent a Car / Doctor’s Office / Bag Shop / Hookah House).
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past expenses.
- Previous card benefits cannot be used once the card level is upgraded.
- Group stays are not eligible for any privileges.
- In case of discrepancies regarding program statuses, the figures recorded by Concorde De Luxe Resort shall be considered accurate.
- Membership of guests who do not make a new reservation for 36 months will be cancelled automatically without notice.
